Standard mainland UK delivery service
- Free delivery for orders requires a minimum order value of £50 (exc. VAT).
- A delivery charge of £8.00 will be charged for orders with a value of less than £50 (exc. VAT).
- Delivery is usually via a courier. We would kindly ask that you allow 4–5 working days for delivery.
- Our delivery service excludes weekends – if you require a Saturday morning delivery, please telephone our office Monday – Friday on 0845 601 7532. A premium will be applicable for this service.
- Unfortunately Sunday deliveries are not available.
- Free delivery for orders over £50 (exc. VAT) only applies to mainland UK orders (including the Isle of Wight). This excludes the Scottish highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. For these areas please check the table below. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery to these areas.

This is our intended UK mainland delivery service to you, as featured on the headline of this website. However, this free delivery service (for orders over £50) for the UK mainland within 4-5 working days, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Please see above for our standard delivery policy details and where in the UK outer regions a delivery charge may still be applicable. Orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the next working day. You should always allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If, after this time, you still haven't received your order please do not hesitate to contact the Lumea team.
