HRC is the destination to experience product innovation, and for three days visitors had the chance to meet and reconnect with over 1500 suppliers from across food & drink, professional catering equipment, design & decor & hospitality tech to discover, taste and test the latest products created specifically for hotels, restaurant & catering professionals. 

The show had an abundance of incredible features for visitors to explore, watch and take part in, from hosting the UK's most prestigious cooking competition - International Salon Culinaire, to helping them navigate the future of the industry at Business Advice@HRC,  BII Helplines Live and Ask the Experts. Visitors could network with their industry peers at Chef HQ or during our facilitated networking sessions. Plus, the Vision Stage and the Tech X stages both returned, where renowned speakers discussed the latest trending topics that are set to impact our industry for 2023 onwards.
